传承创新(北京)中医药研究院是一家扎根首都北京、立足世界中医药发展大局的综合性中医药科研与服务机构。自成立以来，研究院始终以推动中医药的“整合、结合、融合、辩和”为核心宗旨，通过“中医药发展与世界传统医学整合、中医药产业与现代科技结合、中医诊疗与西医医疗技术融合、中医药理论与现代学术辨合”四大路径，全力实现“中医药发展国际化、中医药产业数智化、中西医医疗手段精准化、中医药体系标准化”的发展目标。
Inheritance and Innovation (Beijing) Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine is a comprehensive scientific research and service organization rooted in Beijing, the capital of China, and based on the overall development of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) in the world. Since its establishment, the institute has always taken promoting the "integration, combination, convergence and Syndrome Differentiation" of TCM as its core purpose. Through four major approaches—"integration of TCM development with world traditional medicine, combination of TCM industry with modern science and technology, convergence of TCM diagnosis and treatment with Western medical technology, and integration of TCM theory with modern academic discourse"—it strives to achieve the development goals of "internationalization of TCM development, digital intelligence of TCM industry, precision of integrated TCM and Western medicine diagnosis and treatment methods, and standardization of TCM system."
依托中国国际科技促进会国际院士联合体委员会的国际资源、中医药传承创新分会的顶级专家资源，以及与国内外高校科研机构的长期深度合作优势，研究院构建起“国际 - 传承 - 创新 - 转化 - 服务 - 人才”五位一体的完善业务体系，为中医药全产业链高质量发展提供从理论研究到实践应用的全链条支撑。目前，研究院下设药食同源研究所、人工智能与传统医学研究所、外来植物药研究所、眼健康研究所四大专业研究所，以及国际合作部、人才交流与培训工作部、学术交流与会展部、农业工作部、标准化部等多个职能工作部，形成了分工明确、协同高效的组织架构。
Relying on the international resources of the International Academician Consortium Committee of the China International Association for the Promotion of Science and Technology, the top expert resources of the TCM Inheritance and Innovation Branch, and the advantages of long-term in-depth cooperation with universities and scientific research institutions at home and abroad, the institute has built a sound five-in-one business system of "International - Inheritance - Innovation - Transformation - Service - Talent." It provides full-chain support for the high-quality development of the entire TCM industry chain from theoretical research to practical application. Currently, the institute has four professional research institutes, namely the Institute of Medicine and Food Homology, the Institute of Artificial Intelligence and Traditional Medicine, the Institute of Foreign Plant Medicine, and the Institute of Eye Health, as well as multiple functional departments including the International Cooperation Department, the Talent Exchange and Training Department, the Academic Exchange and Exhibition Department, the Agricultural Department, and the Standardization Department, forming an organizational structure with clear division of labor and efficient collaboration.
在核心业务领域，研究院聚焦国际化、数智化、精准化、标准化四大方向深耕细作。国际化方面，正推动中医药从“产品出海”向“生态扎根”转型，通过搭建跨国合作联盟、开展国际教育培训项目、助力中医药制品合规出海、推动国际标准制定等举措，促进中医药与世界传统医学深度融合，为全球健康治理注入东方智慧。数智化领域，将大数据、人工智能、物联网、区块链等现代科技与中医药产业深度绑定，在生物技术研发、智能化生产管理、药品溯源、虚拟现实培训、健康数据分析等方面实现突破，既提升了产业效率与产品质量，也让中医药服务更精准、更个性化。
In the core business areas, the institute focuses on four major directions: internationalization, digital intelligence, precision, and standardization. In terms of internationalization, it is promoting the transformation of TCM from "product export" to "ecological rooting." Through initiatives such as building transnational cooperation alliances, carrying out international education and training programs, supporting the compliant export of TCM products, and promoting the formulation of international standards, it promotes the in-depth integration of TCM with world traditional medicine and injects Eastern wisdom into global health governance. In the field of digital intelligence, it deeply integrates modern technologies such as big data, artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things, and blockchain with the TCM industry, achieving breakthroughs in biotechnology R&D, intelligent production management, drug traceability, virtual reality training, and health data analysis. This not only improves industrial efficiency and product quality but also makes TCM services more precise and personalized.
标准化建设则为中医药规范化发展筑牢根基，通过理论与实证研究结合、跨学科融合创新、建立标准化理论体系、积累共享循证医学数据等方式，在药材种植、加工、诊疗流程、产品质量等多方面制定统一标准，推动中医药融入现代医学体系，获得全球学术界认可。
Standardization construction has laid a solid foundation for the standardized development of TCM. Through combining theoretical and empirical research, interdisciplinary integration and innovation, establishing a standardized theoretical system, and accumulating and sharing evidence-based medical data, it has formulated unified standards in various aspects such as medicinal material planting, processing, diagnosis and treatment processes, and product quality, promoting the integration of TCM into the modern medical system and gaining recognition from the global academic community.
在实践探索中，研究院落地了一系列极具影响力的项目与活动。学术交流方面，成功举办或参与世界前沿科技大会中医药合作论坛、中医药传承创新高质量发展大会、药食同源产业科技创新大会等多个高端会议，汇聚院士专家智慧，共话行业发展未来;国际合作领域，发起“神农医署”“神农智库”等平台，在服务贸易交易会等国际舞台上传播中医药文化、促进国际合作;技术创新方面，打造“人工智能+药食同源”特色项目，依托海量数据与先进算法，为用户提供个性化食疗方案，为科研人员提供精准配方设计支持。
In practical exploration, the institute has launched a series of highly influential projects and activities. In terms of academic exchanges, it has successfully hosted or participated in multiple high-end conferences such as the TCM Cooperation Forum at the World Frontier Science and Technology Conference, the High-Quality Development Conference on TCM Inheritance and Innovation, and the Second Science and Technology Innovation Conference on the Medicine and Food Homology Industry, gathering the wisdom of academicians and experts to discuss the future development of the industry. In the field of international cooperation, it has initiated platforms such as the "Shennong Medical Office" and "Shennong Think Tank," disseminating TCM culture and promoting international cooperation on international stages such as the China International Fair for Trade in Services. In terms of technological innovation, it has created a characteristic project of "Artificial Intelligence + Medicine and Food Homology," relying on massive data and advanced algorithms to provide users with personalized dietary therapy plans and support researchers in precise formula design.
此外，研究院在中医农业、道地药用植物种植等领域也成果丰硕。制定《中医农业生态产业园建设技术规程》，运用中医原理开展动植物健康种养，减少化学投入品使用，提升农产品质量与功能;出台《道地药用植物野生抚育种植规程》，通过仿野生栽培、生态保护、全程追溯等举措，保障道地药材的药效与质量。同时，研究院牵头制定了涵盖灵芝孢子粉、中医脊柱健康评测、药食同源产品生产加工等多个领域的数十项标准，为行业发展树立了规范标杆。
In addition, the institute has achieved remarkable results in fields such as TCM agriculture and the wild tending and planting of genuine medicinal plants. It has formulated the "Technical Specifications for the Construction of TCM Agricultural Ecological Industrial Parks," using TCM principles to carry out healthy breeding of animals and plants, reducing the use of chemical inputs, and improving the quality and functionality of agricultural products. It has also issued the "Specifications for the Wild Tending and Planting of Genuine Medicinal Plants," ensuring the efficacy and quality of genuine medicinal materials through measures such as wild-simulated cultivation, ecological protection, and full-process traceability. At the same time, the institute has taken the lead in formulating dozens of standards covering multiple fields such as ganoderma lucidum spore powder, TCM spinal health evaluation, and the production and processing of medicine and food homology products, setting a normative benchmark for the development of the industry.
